Reusing our Table décor for Arts and Crafts: not only for kids! Part 2, well … kids!

April 26th, 2018,

As kids, we at Lulu in a Box would have been hard pressed to think of something more fun and engaging to spend our time on than arts and crafts. I clearly remember starting on a drawing one morning, just to emerge hours later without any notion of the time that went by. Let our work inspire your kids to dive into their projects and transform our collections into their own unique creations!

The possibilities are endless! (So let’s start with five ideas.)

  • A placemat, stacked with blank sheets of paper, stapled and folded in two makes for a great sketch pad/diary/spaceship captain’s logbook;
  • With a pair of blunt scissors, a little bit of glue and scotch tape, you can have a brand new castle/doll house/lunar base to house all those figurines lying haphazardly under the bed (and under adults’ feet);
  • Grandma will be delighted to get her next birthday card hand made by you;
  • Did you know babysitters and favourite teachers also love to get cards?
  • And by the way, isn’t it about time to renew the fridge’s décor?

Parents, won’t you proudly share your children’s masterpieces with us?
